Quran Quote  :  Some of its verses are absolutely clear and lucid, and these are the core of the Book. Others are ambiguous. Those in whose hearts there is perversity, always go about the part which is ambiguous, seeking mischief and seeking to arrive at its meaning arbitrarily, - 3:7

    Transliteration:( Qaala Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa in kuntum mooqineen )

    24. Moses said, "The Lord of the heavens and the earth [32] and all that is between them if you believe [33]." (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (24) [Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced." (Saheen International Translation)

    (26:24) Moses answered: “The Lord of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them, if you were only to believe.”[21]

    21. That is, I have not been sent by any mortal king ruling in the world, but I come from Him Who is the Owner of the heavens and the earth. If you believe that, there is a Creator and Master and Ruler of this universe, it should not be difficult for you to understand who is the Lord of all Creation.
