Transliteration:( Wallazeena kafaroo wa kazzaboo bi aayaaatinaaa ulaaa'ika ashaabun naari khaalideena feehaa wa bi'sal maseer )
25. In reality, this is the commentary of the first statement, because rejecting the Divine signs itself is infidelity. Rejection of Allah Almighty or His Prophet or the Day of Judgement is the rejection of Divine signs, which is infidelity. It should be remembered that the rejection of just one Prophet is equal to the rejection of Allah Almighty and all His signs.
26. From this we understand that the eternal stay in Hell and receiving severe punishment is for the infidels. No matter how sinful a believer may be, he will not be permanently in Hell if Allah wills. Also, Allah Almighty will not disgrace him. For the sake of His Beloved Prophet ? He will conceal the faults of the sinful believers.
The tafsir of Surah At-Taghabun verse 10 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Taghabun ayat 7 which provides the complete commentary from verse 7 through 11.
(64:10) As for those who disbelieved and gave the lie to Our Signs:[22] they shall be the inmates of the Fire, and will abide in it. That is a woeful resort!
22. These words by themselves make manifest the meaning of unbelief (kufr). Unbelief is nothing but denying the verses of Allah’s Book to be divine revelation, rejecting the truth expressed therein and refusing to follow and obey the commandments given in them; its results are those being mentioned below.
