    Transliteration:( Falyadhakoo qaleelanw walyabkoo kaseeran jazaaa'an bimaa kaanoo yaksiboon )

    82. Let them laugh a little and weep [228] much, as a reward for what they used to earn. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (82) So let them laugh a little and [then] weep much as recompense for what they used to earn. (Saheen International Translation)

    228. Both these commands are of informational nature eg. the hypocrites will laugh a little in this world but cry a great deal in the Hereafter because laughing at the hardship of the believers is a severe sin for which how can there be a command. The inmates of Hell  for thousands of years would cry first by shedding tears, then shedding blood until their eyes will become totally dry.
