Transliteration:( Falyadhakoo qaleelanw walyabkoo kaseeran jazaaa'an bimaa kaanoo yaksiboon )
“Let them laugh a little and weep [228] much, as a reward for what they used to earn.”
Both these commands are of an informational nature. The hypocrites will laugh a little in this world, but they will weep a great deal in the Hereafter because laughing at the hardship of the believers is a severe sin. How can there be any command for joy when it involves mocking the suffering of others? The inmates of Hell will cry for thousands of years, first shedding tears, then shedding blood, until their eyes become totally dry.
