Transliteration:( Am lahum sullamuny yastami'oona feehi falyaati mustami'uhum bisultaanim mubeen )
"Or, have they the ladder [45] by means of which they climb to listen? Then let their listener bring a clear proof."
Allah asks if the disbelievers possess a ladder or means to reach the unseen and listen to the divine matters, implying that they cannot access such knowledge on their own.
The verse challenges them to bring clear proof or evidence of their claims if they truly have the ability to challenge the Divine revelation.
This emphasizes the inaccessibility of the truth and the authenticity of Allah’s revelation, which cannot be manipulated or falsified by human means.
