    Transliteration:( Wa lai yanfa'akumul Yawma iz zalamtum annakum fil 'azaabi mushtarikoon )

    39. But it shall not profit you on that day as you committed cruelties [67] that you will be partners [68] in the punishment. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

    (39) And never will it benefit you that Day, when you have wronged, that you are [all] sharing in the punishment. (Saheen International Translation)

    35. That is, in this there is no aspect of consolation for you that the one who misguided you is being punished, for you are also receiving the same punishment for accepting and following the deviation.
