Transliteration:( Wa law nashaaa'u laja'alnaa minkum malaaa'ikatan fil ardi yakhlufoon )
"And if We wished, We would have made some of you angels [105] to succeed in the earth, in place of you."
This means that Allah Almighty could have created angels to live and rule on earth instead of humans. These angels would have worshipped Allah perfectly and made the earth a place full of light and free from sin. However, this was not done because it would go against the Divine Wisdom behind creating humans with free will and the purpose of this worldly test. The human experience, with its potential for choice between obedience and disobedience, is essential to the Divine plan.
