Transliteration:( Innal laaha Huwa Rabbee wa Rabbukum fa'budooh; haaza Siraatum Mustaqeem )
"Surely, Allah is my Lord and your Lord [113]. Therefore, worship Him only. This is the Straight Path [114]."
This means that just as Allah Almighty is your Lord, He is mine as well—but He is not my father. Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) first affirmed Allah’s divinity over himself and then over others, highlighting that Allah is his Lord and also the Lord of all creation. Prophets serve as the greatest intermediaries between creation and Allah Almighty.
Worshipping Allah Almighty alone is the true Straight Path. Any worship deviating from this leads to misguidance and ultimately to Hell.
The tafsir of Surah Zukhruf verse 64 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Zukhruf ayat 57 which provides the complete commentary from verse 57 through 65.
(43:64) Allah is my Lord and your Lord; therefore, serve Him. That is the Straight Way.”[57]
57. That is, the Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) himself had never claimed that he was God or son of God, and that the people should worship him, but, on the contrary, his message was the same as of all other Prophets, the same as was now being conveyed to you through Muhammad (peace be upon him).
