Quran-39:69 Surah Az-zumar English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَأَشۡرَقَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ وَجِاْيٓءَ بِٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ

Transliteration:( Wa ashraqatil ardu binoori Rabbihaa wa wudi'al Kitaabu wa jeee'a bin nabiyyeena wash shuhadaaa'i wa qudiya bainahum bilhaqqi wa hum laa yuzlamoon )

69.And the earth shall shine with the Light [166] of its Lord and the Book shall be laid [167] down and the Prophets shall be brought, and the witnesses (168) too, and true judgement shall be given between them equitably and they shall not he treated unjustly (169). (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(69) And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged. (Saheen International Translation)

166. The ground of the Plains of Reckoning which would he in addition to this earth. Says Allah Almighty “The day when the earth shall be changed other than this earth” (S14 V48) will be illuminated from the Light of All Almighty. The sun, the moon and the stars wil be without any light. Thus the nature of this Light is beyond description. Only by looking at it will one be able to know it. Insha-Allah.

167. The Divine Tablet would be placed before everybody, or everybody's deeds would be placed in their hands, those of the believers in their right hands and those of the infidels in their left hand.

168. On the Day of Judgement, the noble Prophets would appear as plaintiffs, the Ummah of the Holy Prophet ? as and the as state witness as the Holy Prophet ? outcome of the entire world would depend on his blessed testimony. 

Allah be praised! What an incredible scene that would be! May Allah Almighty show this to us with His Grace and Favour! 

169. That the innocent will not be found guilty or the pious will not be subjected to punishment.

80. “The witnesses”: those who will bear witness to the effect that the Message of Allah had been conveyed to the people as well as those who will bear witness to the acts and deeds of the people. It is not necessary that these witnesses will be only human beings. The angels, the jinns, the beasts, men’s own limbs, their dwelling places and the trees and stones, will all be included among the witnesses. 7

(69) And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged.
