Transliteration:( Wa maa kuntum tastatiroona ai-yashhada 'alaikum sam'ukum wa laaa absaarukum wa laa juloodukum wa laakin zanantum annal laaha laa ya'lamu kaseeram mimmaa ta'maloon )
57. It is evident that this speech is of their limbs, i.e., Oh infidels, at the time of sinning You were asking the people, but you could not concealed from your Lord. We, your limbs, were present as witnesses. It is possible that this is the speech of Allah Almighty
58. Had they regarded Allah Almighty as Omniscient in their beliefs or thought their deeds, and then they would not have had the courage to commit the sins..
59. Some of the infidels of Arabia had this thought that although Allah Almighty is aware of our outer deeds. He does not know our concealed actions. This is like the belief of some philosophers that Allah Almighty is aware of the complete details, but not of minor details
