Transliteration:( Izil aghlaalu feee a'naaqi-him wassalaasilu yushaboon )
"When in the iron fetters and chains around their neck, they shall be dragged [184]."
This verse describes the severe punishment awaiting the disbelievers:
Iron collars (fetters) placed around their necks
Chains binding their feet
Being dragged forcefully towards their torment
These forms of punishment are specifically designated for the infidels as a consequence of their denial and rebellion against Allah’s commands.
It is important to note that sinful believers, despite their faults, will be protected from such torment due to Allah’s mercy.
This vivid imagery serves as a warning and a reminder of the grave consequences of rejecting faith.
