Transliteration:( Fa il lam yastajeeboo lakum fa'lamooo annamaaa unzilla bi'ilmil laahi wa al laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa fahal antum muslimoon )

14. Then if they [33] do not respond to you, then know that it has been revealed with Allah's knowledge [34], and that there is no deity except Him. Will you then submit? (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(14) And if they do not respond to you - then know that it [i.e., the Qur’ān] was revealed with the knowledge of Allāh[551] and that there is no deity except Him. Then,[552] would you [not] be Muslims? (Saheen International Translation)

33. This suspicion and hesitation is in respect of the listeners, otherwise Allah Almighty is fully aware that if all of them put their intelligence together, they will not be able to produce anything like the QUR'AAN until the Day of Judgement.

34. By this is meant that Allah Almighty revealed the QUR'AAN with the full knowledge that it is worthy of His Beloved or that the Holy  Rasool ?QUR'AAN is included in the knowledge of Allah Almighty. Thus Allah Almighty blessed the Holy Prophet ? with His knowledge by giving him the QUR'AAN which contains knowledge of the Divine.

The tafsir of Surah Hud verse 14 by Ibn Kathir is unavailable here.
Please refer to Surah Hud ayat 12 which provides the complete commentary from verse 12 through 14.

(11:14) Then if (your deities) do not respond to your call for help then feel assured that this Book was revealed with the knowledge of Allah, and that there is no true god but Him. Will you, then, surrender (to this truth)?[14]

Ala-Maududi

(11:14) Then if (your deities) do not respond to your call for help then feel assured that this Book was revealed with the knowledge of Allah, and that there is no true god but Him. Will you, then, surrender (to this truth)?[14]

14. Here one and the same argument has been advanced to prove two things. First, the Quran has been revealed by Allah. Secondly, it proves the truth of the doctrine of Tauhid. The argument is this:

(1) You say that the Quran has not been revealed by Allah but has been devised and invented by myself and ascribed to Him. If your claim had been genuine you would have been able to invent a book like this in answer to the challenge I have given you over and over again. As you have failed to do so even with your combined resources and forces, my claim that it has been revealed with Allah’s knowledge has been proved absolutely and completely true.

(2) Then there was a twofold challenge from the Quran to your deities but they utterly failed to meet it. They were challenged to come to your aid and help produce a book like the Quran. As they have not helped you, it is a clear proof that they are absolutely powerless and have no share at all in Godhead. You have seen that they have not only failed in this decisive test, but have also proved to be impotent to defend themselves against the open attacks made on them in this Book, which asks the people not to worship them for they have no share in the powers of Godhead. These things have proved that there is nothing divine in them and you have made them your deities without rhyme or reason.

Incidentally, this verse shows that chronologically this Surah was revealed earlier than Surah Yunus. For at first they were challenged in this Surah to bring ten Surahs like the Surahs of the Quran, but they failed to do so. Then in Surah Yunus they were challenged (Surah Yunus, Ayat 38) note 46 to bring even one Surah like this.

(14) And if they do not respond to you - then know that it [i.e., the Qur’ān] was revealed with the knowledge of Allāh[551] and that there is no deity except Him. Then,[552] would you [not] be Muslims?

[551]- i.e., that knowledge which no one possesses except Him (subḥānahu wa taʿālā). [552]- After having been convinced by such evidence.
