Transliteration:( Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa fa'bud hu wastabir li'ibaadatih; hal ta'lamu lahoo samiyyaa (section 4) )
117. This tells us that worshipping during both happy times and difficult times is an act of excellence, and those who are well liked by Allah Almighty. There is no excellence in the worship performed during happy times only or difficult times only. May Allah Almighty grant us guidance to act upon this.
118. This refers to the glory and dignity of Allah Almighty, that even the infidels had not named any idols as Allah Almighty. It is said here that since no one is associated in His Name, then how would He be associated with a deed? Allah Almighty had not given the name Muhammad to any other Prophet or Saint ? before the Holy Prophet ? This name of the Holy Prophet too, had been kept unused.

(19:65) He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between. Serve Him, then, and be constant in serving Him.[40] Do you know anyone that might be His compeer?”[41]
40. That is, you should not only follow strictly the way of service and face all the obstacles and afflictions with patience, but also should not get uneasy, if there is a delay in revelation and help. You should rest content with His service as an obedient servant and perform persistently the duties and responsibilities entrusted to you as a servant and Messenger.
41. The word Samiya literally means a name sake. Here it implies: Allah is the only Deity. Do you know of any other deity besides Him? If there is none, and you know that there is none, then you do not have any alternative but to serve Him and obey His commands.
