Transliteration:( Wa lanabluwannakum hattaa na'lamal mujaahideena minkum wassaabireena wa nabluwa akhbaarakum )
"And We shall certainly test you until We see those among you who struggle and are steadfast. And We will make known the facts [76] about you."
This verse highlights that merely claiming to be a sincere believer is not sufficient. One’s true sincerity and loyalty are tested and proven through actions—especially in times of hardship, struggle, and sacrifice.
The phrase “until We see” does not imply that Allah gains knowledge through events (as He already knows all things), but it means that He manifests this knowledge for the witnessing of creation, so people themselves can see who is truthful and who is false.
This verse also emphasizes that the Holy Prophet ﷺ is the criterion between truth and falsehood, as his presence, teachings, and guidance become the means through which the sincerity of others is revealed.
