📖 Commentary of Surah Sad – Verse 14

"Every one of them treated the Prophets as liars. So, My retribution became inevitable [24]."

✅ [24] Denial Before Punishment

This verse shows that divine punishment only becomes certain when people deliberately reject the Prophets. Allah's system of justice ensures that no nation is punished without being warned.

As stated in the Qur’an: "And We are not to torment until We have sent a messenger" (Surah Al-Isra, 17:15). This confirms that rejection after clear guidance leads to inevitable retribution.
