Transliteration:( Qul haazihee sabeeleee ad'ooo ilal laah; 'alaa baseera tin ana wa manit taba'anee wa Subhaanal laahi wa maaa ana minal mushrikeen )
223. By 'my ways' is meant, Islam. From this, we learn that the identity of the True Religion is that it should be of the religion of the Prophets and Saints of Allah Almighty. Any religion which is contrary to theirs, and which is against their teachings, is not the true religion Today, besides the Ahle Sunnat all the religions are not the Religion of the Friends of Allah Almighty.. Hence they are false religions.
224. By "Those who follow my footsteps" is meant the Noble Companions and Saints of Allah Almighty. It is obligatory upon everyone to follow them. Says Allah Almighty "And follow him who turned to Me with repentance". (S31:V15) 225.Â
From this emerge two issues:
1. At no time are the Prophets idolators - not before the appearance of his prophethood or after it. Says Allah Almighty: "Your companion neither went astray nor misled. (S53:V2)
2. It is not permissible to conceal your faith. Reveal your faith through your word, deed. appearance and conduct. To assure the appearance of infidels too is equal to concealing your faith.

108. Say “This is my way; I invite unto Allah with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me. And Glorified and Exalted be Allah. And I am not of the idolators.”
Allah orders His Messenger to say to mankind and the Jinns that this is his way, meaning, his method, path and Sunnah, concentrating on calling to the testimony that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone without partners. The Messenger calls to this testimonial with sure knowledge, certainty and firm evidence. He calls to this way, and those who followed him call to what Allah’s Messenger called to with sure knowledge, certainty and evidence, whether logical or religious evidence,
(And Glorified and Exalted be Allah.) This part of the Ayah means, I glorify, honor, revere and praise Allah from having a partner, equal, rival, parent, son, wife, minister or advisor. All praise and honor be to Allah, glorified He is from all that they attribute to Him,
(The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein, glorify Him, and there is not a thing but glorifies His praise. But you understand not their glorification. Truly, He is Ever Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving.) ﴿17:44)
(12:108) Tell them plainly: “This is my way: I call you to Allah, on the basis of clear perception – both I and those who follow me. Allah – Glory be to Him – is free of every imperfection.[78] I have nothing to do with those who associate others with Allah in His Divinity.”
78. That is, Allah is absolutely free from such things that are ascribed to Him: He is free from the weaknesses and shortcomings which every believer in shirk ascribes to Him; He is free from all defects, evils and errors that must necessarily be ascribed to Him as a logical result of the conception of God hold by mushriks.
