Quran-20:4 Surah Ta-ha English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

تَنزِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلۡعُلَى

Transliteration:( Tanzeelam mimman khalaqal arda was samaawaatil 'ulaa )

4. A sent down by Him Who has made the earth and the high heavens.[5] (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

5. This means the physical world or the world of bodies. Because the earth is nearest to us, and the heaven is far away, therefore the earth is mentioned first because we are aware of its details.
