Quran-10:109 Surah Yunus English Translation,Transliteration and Tafsir(Tafseer).

وَٱتَّبِعۡ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكَ وَٱصۡبِرۡ حَتَّىٰ يَحۡكُمَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ

Transliteration:( Wattabi' maa yoohaaa ilaika wasbir hattaa yahkumal laah; wa Huwa khairul haakimeen )

109. And follow that which is revealed [280] to you and have patience until Allah decrees. And He is the Best of Judges. (Kanzul Imaan Translation)

(109) And follow what is revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], and be patient until Allāh will judge. And He is the best of judges. (Saheen International Translation)

280. To wage battle against the polytheists, and to collect JIZYAH - Poll tax from the People of the Book. (Tafseer Khazainul Irfaan) It should be remembered that Jizyah or Pol tax is not permissible from the polytheists of Arabia according to any of four Imaams.

This tax would only be collected from the People of the book.However, there is  no difference in opinion in this matter regarding the polytheists outside Arabia. According to Hazrat Imaam Abu Hanifa (on whom be peace) Poll tax can be collected from them, while Hazrat Imaam Shafa'ee (on whom be peace) is of the opinion that Poll tax cannot be collected from them.
