    بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

     

    وَإِن فَاتَكُمۡ شَيۡءٞ مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡكُفَّارِ فَعَاقَبۡتُمۡ فَـَٔاتُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ذَهَبَتۡ أَزۡوَٰجُهُم مِّثۡلَ مَآ أَنفَقُواْۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنتُم بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنُونَ

    11. Si certaines de vos femmes fuient vers les mécréants, et que, lors d’une riposte victorieuse (vous preniez possession d’un butin), donnez alors à ceux que leurs femmes ont fuis, (prélevé sur ce butin), le mahr (dot) qu’ils avaient versé. Et craignez Allah en Qui vous croyez.

    يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ يُبَايِعۡنَكَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن لَّا يُشۡرِكۡنَ بِٱللَّهِ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يَسۡرِقۡنَ وَلَا يَزۡنِينَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلۡنَ أَوۡلَٰدَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأۡتِينَ بِبُهۡتَٰنٖ يَفۡتَرِينَهُۥ بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِنَّ وَأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعۡصِينَكَ فِي مَعۡرُوفٖ فَبَايِعۡهُنَّ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُنَّ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ

    12. Ô Prophète ! Quand les croyantes, par un serment d’allégeance, viennent jurer devant toi qu’elles n’associeront rien à Allah, qu’elles ne voleront point, ne commettront point la fornication, ne tueront point leurs enfants, n’attribueront pas mensongèrement (à leurs maris des enfants adultérins), ni ne te désobéiront en ce qui est convenable, alors accepte leur allégeance, et implore pour elles le pardon d’Allah, car Allah est Absoluteur et Tout Miséricordieux.

    يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَوَلَّوۡاْ قَوۡمًا غَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ قَدۡ يَئِسُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡقُبُورِ

    13. Ô vous qui avez cru ! Ne prenez pas pour alliés des gens qui ont provoqué contre eux la colère d’Allah, qui désespèrent de l’autre monde, comme les mécréants désespèrent (du retour à la vie) de ceux qui sont dans les tombes.
