    بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

     

    ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَلَمۡ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ عِوَجَاۜ

    Louvor a Allah, Que fez descer sobre Seu servo o Livro, e nele não pôs tortuosidade alguma!

    قَيِّمٗا لِّيُنذِرَ بَأۡسٗا شَدِيدٗا مِّن لَّدُنۡهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرًا حَسَنٗا

    Fê-lo reto, para advertir os descrentes de veemente suplício de Sua parte, e alvissarar os crentes, que fazem as boas obras, que terão belo prêmio.

    مَّـٰكِثِينَ فِيهِ أَبَدٗا

    Nele permanecendo para todo o sempre.

    وَيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُواْ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَدٗا

    E para admoestar os que dizem: "Allah tomou para Si um filho"

    مَّا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٖ وَلَا لِأٓبَآئِهِمۡۚ كَبُرَتۡ كَلِمَةٗ تَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡۚ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبٗا

    Nem eles nem seus pais têm ciência disso. Grave palavra a que sai de suas bocas! Não dizem senão mentiras!

    فَلَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٞ نَّفۡسَكَ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِمۡ إِن لَّمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا

    E talvez, Muhammad, te mates de pesar, após a partida deles se não crêem nesta Mensagem.

    إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ زِينَةٗ لَّهَا لِنَبۡلُوَهُمۡ أَيُّهُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗا

    Por certo, fizemos do que há sobre a terra ornamento para ela, a fim de pôr à prova qual deles é melhor em obras.

    وَإِنَّا لَجَٰعِلُونَ مَا عَلَيۡهَا صَعِيدٗا جُرُزًا

    E, por certo, faremos do que há sobre ela superfície árida.

    أَمۡ حَسِبۡتَ أَنَّ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلۡكَهۡفِ وَٱلرَّقِيمِ كَانُواْ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِنَا عَجَبًا

    Supões que os Companheiros da Caverna e do Ar-Raqim sejam, entre nossos sinais, algo de admiração?

    إِذۡ أَوَى ٱلۡفِتۡيَةُ إِلَى ٱلۡكَهۡفِ فَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحۡمَةٗ وَهَيِّئۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَمۡرِنَا رَشَدٗا

    Quando os jovens se abrigaram na Caverna, e disseram: "Senhor nosso! Concede-nos misericórdia de Tua parte e, para nós, dispõe retidão, em tudo o que nos concerna."
