53਼ ਕੌਮ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਹੂਦ! ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ (ਆਪਣੇ ਨਬੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ) ਕੋਈ ਦਲੀਲ ਤਾਂ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਸੀਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਆਖਣ ’ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਈਮਾਨ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਾਂ।
