Transliteration:( Bal iyyaahu tad'oona fa yakshifu maa tad'oona ilaihi in shaaa'a wa tansawna maa tushrikoon )
41. But you will call upon Him alone. If He wills, He would remove [80] that for which you call upon Him, and you would forget the partners [81] you associate with Him.

Transliteration:( Wa laqad arsalnaaa ilaaa umamim min qablika fa akhaznaahum bil ba'saaa'i waddarraaa'i la'allahum yata darra'oon )
42. And indeed, We sent Messengers to communities before you. Then We seized them with hardship and suffering so that they might humble themselves [82].

Transliteration:( Falaw laaa iz jaaa'ahum ba'sunaa tadarra'oo wa laakin qasat quloobuhum wa zaiyana lahumush Shaitaanu maa kaanoo ya'maloon )
43. So why did they not humble themselves when Our punishment came upon them [83]? But their hearts were hardened, and the devil adorned for them what they were doing [84].

Transliteration:( Falammaa nasoo maa zukkiroo bihee fatahnaa 'alaihim abwaaba kulli shai'in hattaaa izaa farihoo bimaaa ootooo akhaznaahum baghtatan fa izaa hum mublisoon )
44. Then, when they forgot what they had been reminded of, We opened the gates of all things for them [85]. Until, when they rejoiced at what they were given [86], We seized them suddenly [87], and they were left in despair [88].

Transliteration:( Faquti'a daabirul qawmil lazeena zalamoo; walhamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen )
45. Then the unjust [89] were completely uprooted. And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds [90].

Transliteration:( Qul ara'aitum in akhazal laahu sam'akum wa absaarakum wa khatama 'alaa quloobikum man ilaahun ghairul laahi ya'teekum bih; unzur kaifa nusarriful Aayaati summa hum yasdifoon )
46. Say, "Have you considered: if Allah were to take away your hearing and your sight and seal your hearts, who is there other than Allah that could restore them to you? [91] Look how We diversify the signs, yet they turn away." [92]

Transliteration:( Qul ara'aitakum in ataakum 'azaabul laahi baghtatan aw jahratan hal yuhlaku illal qawmuz zaalimoon )
47. Say, "Have you considered: if the punishment of Allah should come to you suddenly or openly, will anyone be destroyed except for the unjust people?" [93]

Transliteration:( Wa maa nursilul mursaleena illaa mubashshireena wa munzireena faman aamana wa aslaha falaa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahzanoon )
48. And We do not send the Messengers except as bearers of good news and warners [94]. So, those who believe and improve themselves, for them there is no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Transliteration:( Wallazeena kazzaboo bi Aayaatinaa yamassuhumul 'azaabu bimaa kaanoo yafsuqoon )
49. And those who denied Our signs, the punishment will touch them because of their transgressions [95].

Transliteration:( Qul laaa aqoolu lakum 'indee khazaaa'inul laahi wa laaa a'lamul ghaiba wa laaa aqoolu lakum innee malakun in attabi'u illaa maa yoohaaa ilaiy; qul hal yastawil a'maa walbaseer; afalaa tatafakkaroon )
50. Please declare [96]: "I do not say to you that I have the treasures of Allah, nor do I know the unseen, nor do I claim to be an angel. I follow only what is revealed to me." Please declare: "Are the blind and the seeing equal? Do you not then reflect?" [99].
