Transliteration:( In tubdus sadaqaati fani'immaa hiya wa in tukhfoohaa wa tu'toohal fuqaraaa'a fahuwa khayrul lakum; wa yukaffiru 'ankum min saiyi aatikum; wallaahu bimaa ta'maloona Khabeer )
271. If you offer your charity openly, then it is a good thing [713]. But, if you conceal it, and give it to the poor, then it is much better for you. And He will remove some of your sins [714]. And Allah is aware of what you do.

Transliteration:( Laisa 'alaika hudaahum wa laakinnal laaha yahdee mai yashaaa'; wa maa tunfiqoo min khairin fali anfusikum; wa maa tunfiqoona illab tighaaa'a wajhil laah; wa maa tunfiqoo min khairiny yuwaffa ilaikum wa antum laa tuzlamoon )
272. (O Holy Prophet) To guide them is not your responsibility [715], but Allah guides whom He pleases [716]. And whatever good you spend is for yourselves [717]. And it is not proper for you to spend except to seek the pleasure [718] of Allah, and whatever good thing you spend will be fully repaid to you. And you will not be dealt with unjustly [719].

Transliteration:( Lilfuqaraaa'il lazeena uhsiroo fee sabeelil laahi laa yastatee'oona darban fil ardi yah sabuhumul jaahilu aghniyaaa'a minat ta'affufi ta'rifuhum biseemaahum laa yas'aloonan naasa ilhaafaa; wa maa tunfiqoo min khairin fa innal laaha bihee 'Aleem )
273. For those beggars [720], who are restricted in the way of Allah [721]. They cannot move about in the earth [722]. An ignorant (person) would think of them as wealthy because of their restraint. You shall recognize them from their (characteristic) signs [723]; they do not beg of men persistently [724]. And whatever you give in charity, indeed Allah knows of it.

Transliteration:( Allazeena yunfiqoona amwaalahum billaili wan nahaari sirranw wa 'alaaniyatan falahum ajruhum 'inda Rabbihim wa laa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahzanoon )
274. Those who spend their wealth (in the way of Allah) by night and by day, secretly and openly [725], will have their reward with their Lord. They shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve [726].

Transliteration:( Allazeena yaakuloonar ribaa laa yaqoomoona illaa kamaa yaqoomul lazee yatakhabbatuhush shaitaanu minal mass; zaalika bi annahum qaalooo innamal bai'u mislur ribaa; wa ahallal laahul bai'a wa harramar ribaa; faman jaaa'ahoo maw'izatum mir rabbihee fantahaa falahoo maa salafa wa amruhooo ilal laahi wa man 'aada fa ulaaa 'ika Ashaabun naari hum feehaa khaalidoon )
275. Those who devour interest (usury) [727] cannot stand on the Day of Judgement, except like one who is touched [728] by Shaitaan into insanity [729]. That is because they say: "The trade, too, is just like interest" [730]. But, Allah has permitted trade and forbidden interest [731]. So, whoever has received direction from His Lord and refrains from it, whatever he took before is lawful for him [732], and his affair is with Allah [733]. But, whoever returns (to dealing in interest), they are the inmates of the Fire, wherein they will abide eternally [734].

Transliteration:( Yamhaqul laahur ribaa wa yurbis sadaqaat; wallaahu laa yuhibbu kulla kaffaarin aseem )
276. Allah destroys interest [735] and increases charities [736]. And Allah loves not any ungrateful big sinner [737].

Transliteration:( Innal lazeena aamanoo wa amilus saalihaati wa aqaamus salaata wa aatawuz zakaata lahum ajruhum 'inda rabbihim wa laa khawfun 'alaihim wa laa hum yahzanoon )
277. Surely, those who believe and do righteous deeds and establish prayer [738] and give Zakat will have their reward with their Lord. And there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve [739].

Transliteration:( Yaaa ayyuhal lazeena aamanut taqul laaha wa zaroo maa baqiya minar ribaaa in kuntum mu'mineen )
278. O you who believe! Fear Allah [740] and leave what remains (due to you) of interest [741], if you are believers [742].

Transliteration:( Fail lam taf'aloo faazanoo biharbim minal laahi wa Rasoolihee wa in tubtum falakum ru'oosu amwaalikum laa tazlimoona wa laa tuzlamoon )
279. But if you do not, then beware of war [743] from Allah and His Messenger. And if you repent, then take your principal sums [744]. Thus, neither do you wrong anyone, nor are you wronged.

Transliteration:( Wa in kaana zoo 'usratin fanaziratun ilaa maisarah; wa an tasaddaqoo khairul lakum in kuntum ta'lamoon )
280. And if the debtor is in hardship, then give him time till it is easy [745]. And if you give (from your right as) charity, then it is better for you, if you only knew.
