بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱعۡبُدُواْ رَبَّكُمُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ
Transliteration:( Yaaa aiyuhan naasu'budoo Rabbakumul lazee khalaqakum wallazeena min qablikum la'allakum tattaqoon )
21.O mankind! Worship your Lord [39] Who has created you and those before you [40], so that you may become God-fearing [41].
ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِرَٰشٗا وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءٗ وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزۡقٗا لَّكُمۡۖ فَلَا تَجۡعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ أَندَادٗا وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ
Transliteration:( Allazee ja'ala lakumul arda firaashanw wassamaaa'a binaaa 'anw wa anzala minassamaaa'i maaa'an fa akhraja bihee minas samaraati rizqal lakum falaa taj'aloo lillaahi andaadanw wa antum ta'lamoon )
22.(It is He) Who made for you the earth a bed [42] and made the sky a canopy and sent down from the sky water [43] and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. Therefore, do not equate anyone with Allah while you know [44] (that there is none similar to Him).
وَإِن كُنتُمۡ فِي رَيۡبٖ مِّمَّا نَزَّلۡنَا عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِنَا فَأۡتُواْ بِسُورَةٖ مِّن مِّثۡلِهِۦ وَٱدۡعُواْ شُهَدَآءَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
Transliteration:( Wa in kuntum fee raibim mimmaa nazzalnaa 'alaa 'abdinaa fatoo bi Sooratim mim mislihee wad'oo shuhadaaa'akum min doonil laahi in kuntum saadiqeen )
23. And if you have any doubt as to what We have sent down upon Our (exalted) servant [43], then bring just one chapter [44] like it and call upon all your helpers besides Allah, if you are truthful.
فَإِن لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلُواْ وَلَن تَفۡعَلُواْ فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِي وَقُودُهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡحِجَارَةُۖ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
Transliteration:( Fail lam taf'aloo wa lan taf'aloo fattaqun Naaral latee waqooduhan naasu walhijaaratu u'iddat lilkaafireen )
24.But if you fail to do so and surely you are bound to fail [45] - then guard yourselves against the Fire whose fuel are men and stones [46], which has been prepared for the infidels.
وَبَشِّرِ
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ
أَنَّ لَهُمْ
جَنَّاتٍ
تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ
كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا
مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرَةٍ رِزْقًا
قَالُوا
هَٰذَا الَّذِي رُزِقْنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ
وَأُتُوا بِهِ
مُتَشَابِهًا
وَلَهُمْ
أَزْوَاجٌ مُطَهَّرَةٌ
وَهُمْ فِيهَا
خَالِدُونَ
Transliteration:( Wa bashshiril lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati anna lahum jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru kullamaa ruziqoo minhaa min samaratir rizqan qaaloo haazal lazee ruziqnaa min qablu wa utoo bihee mutashaabihaa, wa lahum feehaaa azwaajum mutahhara tunw wa hum feehaa khaalidoon )
25. And give glad-tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds [47] that for them there are gardens under which flow streams. Whenever they will be given fruits to eat therefrom, they will say, "This is the same which we were fed before" [48]; whereas it was given to them resembling (in appearance). And for them, therein, will be pure wives [49] and they will dwell therein forever.
۞إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسۡتَحۡيِۦٓ أَن يَضۡرِبَ مَثَلٗا مَّا بَعُوضَةٗ فَمَا فَوۡقَهَاۚ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ فَيَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡۖ وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلٗاۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِۦ كَثِيرٗا وَيَهۡدِي بِهِۦ كَثِيرٗاۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
Transliteration:( Innal laaha laa yastahyeee ai yadriba masalam maa ba'oodatan famaa fawqahaa; faammal lazeena aamanoo faya'lamoona annahul haqqu mir rabbihim wa ammal lazeena kafaroo fayaqooloona maazaaa araadal laahu bihaazaa masalaa; yudillu bihee kaseeranw wa yahdee bihee kaseeraa; wa maa yudillu biheee illal faasiqeen )
26. Allah is not ashamed to present a parable, even if it is that of a mosquito or something even smaller [50]. Those who believe understand that it is the Truth from their Lord. However, those who disbelieve ask, "What does Allah mean by this parable?" He uses it to mislead [51] many and guide many. But He only misleads those who are rebellious.
ٱلَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهۡدَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مِيثَٰقِهِۦ وَيَقۡطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦٓ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ
Transliteration:( Allazeena yanqudoona 'ahdal laahi mim ba'di meesaaqihee wa yaqta'oona maaa amaral laahu biheee ai yoosala wa yufsidoona fil ard; ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon )
27. Those who break the covenant of Allah after [52] solemnly confirming it, and sever that which Allah has ordered [53] to be joined, and cause mischief on earth—these are the ones who are the losers.
كَيۡفَ تَكۡفُرُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَكُنتُمۡ أَمۡوَٰتٗا فَأَحۡيَٰكُمۡۖ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُحۡيِيكُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ
Transliteration:( Kaifa takfuroona billaahi wa kuntum amwaatan fa ahyaakum summa yumeetukum summa yuhyeekum summaa ilaihi turja'oon. )
28 . How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life? Then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you back to life once again, and then to Him you will return [55].
هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَسَوَّىٰهُنَّ سَبۡعَ سَمَٰوَٰتٖۚ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
Transliteration:( Huwal lazee khalaqa lakum maa fil ardi jamee'an summas tawaaa ilas samaaa'i fasaw waahunna sab'a samaa waat; wa Huwa bikulli shai'in Aleem )
29.It is He Who created for you all that is in the earth [56]. Then He turned to the heaven and perfectly formed it into seven heavens [57]. And He has perfect knowledge of everything.
وَإِذۡ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٞ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ خَلِيفَةٗۖ قَالُوٓاْ أَتَجۡعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفۡسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسۡفِكُ ٱلدِّمَآءَ وَنَحۡنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمۡدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَۖ قَالَ إِنِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
Transliteration:( Wa iz qaala rabbuka lil malaaa'ikati innee jaa'ilun fil ardi khaleefatan qaalooo ataj'alu feehaa mai yufsidu feehaa wa yasfikud dimaaa'a wa nahnu nusabbihu bihamdika wa nuqaddisu laka qaala inneee a'lamu maa laa ta'lamoon )
30. And (remember O Muhammad) :when your Lord said to the angels "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a "vicegerent". They said:
"Will you place upon it one who causes mischiefs(58) and bloodshed therein, while we declare your praise and sanctify (59) you?". He replied: "Surely, Weknow that which you know not".
