Transliteration:( Wa ukhraa lam taqdiroo 'alaihaa qad ahaatal laahu bihaa; wa kaanal laahu 'alaa kulli shai'in qadeera )
21. And the other (benefits of victory), which you had not obtained (62), is with Allah. And Allah has full power over everything.

Transliteration:( Wa law qaatalakumul lazeena kafaroo la wallawul adbaara summa laa yajidoona waliyanw-wa laa naseeraa )
22. Had the infidels fought; they would have certainly turned [63]back. They would neither have any supporter nor helper[64]

Transliteration:( Sunnatal laahil latee qad khalat min qablu wa lan tajida lisunnatil laahi tabdeelaa )
23. This is the law of Allah being practiced from before [65], and you will never find the law of Allah changing [66].

Transliteration:( Wa Huwal lazee kaffa aydiyahum 'ankum wa aydiyakum 'anhum bibatni Makkata mim ba'di an azfarakum 'alaihim; wa kaanal laahu bimaa ta'maloona Baseera )
24.And it is He who restrained their hands from you and restrained your bands from them in the valley of Makkah [67], after He had given you victory over them. (The conquest of Makkah) And Allah sees deeds of (68) your.

Transliteration:( Humul lazeena kafaroo wa saddookum 'anil-Masjidil-Haraami walhadya ma'koofan any yablugha mahillah; wa law laa rijaalum mu'minoona wa nisaaa'um mu'minaatul lam ta'lamoohum an tata'oohum fatuseebakum minhum ma'arratum bighairi 'ilmin liyud khilal laahu fee rahmatihee many yashaaa'; law tazayyaloo la'azzabnal lazeena kafaroo minhum 'azaaban aleema )
25. They are the ones who disbelieved and hindered you from the Sacred Mosque, and the offerings (sacrificed animals) were detained from (69) reaching their place of sacrifice. And it had not been for certain believing men and women (70), whom you knew (71) not, you might have applied them, and there would have fallen harm (72) on you for that. Unknowingly, Allah admits into His Mercy whom He wills (73), And had they been separated (74), We would have punished the infidels among them with a grievous (75) punishment.

Transliteration:( Iz ja'alal lazeena kafaroo fee quloobihimul hamiyyata hamiyyatal jaahiliyyati fa anzalal laahu sakeenatahoo 'alaa Rasoolihee wa 'alal mu mineena wa alzamahum kalimatat taqwaa wa kaanooo ahaqqa bihaa wa ahlahaa; wa kaanal laahu bikulli shai'in Aleema (section 3) )
26. When the obduracy of the infidels harbored in their hearts, the obduracy of the days of pagan ignorance [76], Allah sent down His tranquility [77] of self-restraint on His Messenger and the believers and made incumbent (78) on them the righteousness to which they had a better right (79), and were worthy (80) of. And definitely, Allah knows everything.

Transliteration:( Laqad sadaqal laahu Rasoolahur ru'yaa bilhaqq, latadkhulunnal Masjidal-Haraama in shaaa'al laahu aamineena muhalliqeena ru'oosakum wa muqassireena laa takhaafoona fa'alima maa lam ta'lamoo faja'ala min dooni zaalika fathan qareebaa )
27. Indeed, Allah fulfilled [81] the true vision of His Messenger. You certainly entered [82] the Sacred Mosque as Allah willed, in security, having your heads shaved (83) or hair cut short, without any fear. But He (84) knew what you did not know, so He appointed apart from that a near (85) victory at hand (the conquest of Makkah without shedding a drop of blood).

Transliteration:( Huwal lazeee arsala Rasoolahoo bilhudaa wa deenil haqqi liyuzhirahoo 'alad deeni kullih; wa kafaa billaahi Shaheeda )
28.It is He Who sent His Messenger[86] with guidance and the Religion of Truth that He may make it to prevail over all other religions [87]. And Allah suffices as a witness.(88)

Transliteration:( Muhammadur Rasoolul laah; wallazeena ma'ahooo ashiddaaa'u 'alal kuffaaari ruhamaaa'u bainahum taraahum rukka'an sujjadany yabtaghoona fadlam minal laahi wa ridwaana seemaahum fee wujoohihim min asaris sujood; zaalika masaluhum fit tawraah; wa masaluhum fil Injeeli kazar'in akhraja shat 'ahoo fa 'aazarahoo fastaghlaza fastawaa 'alaa sooqihee yu'jibuz zurraa'a liyagheeza bihimul kuffaar; wa'adal laahul lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati minhum maghfiratanw wa ajran 'azeemaa (section 4) )
29.Muhammad [89], Messenger of Allah, and those with him [90] are severe (91) against the infidels, but passionately tender among (92) themselves. You will see them owing and prostrating (93) themselves in prayer) seeking Grace of Allah and His Pleasure. They have the marks on their foreheads from the effect (94) of prostrations. This description of theirs is in the Taurat and this description is also in the Injeel (95), as a cultivated (96) seed that puts forth its shoots, then strengthens, than it becomes stout, then rises straight upon the stem, pleasing the cultivators (97), that brought them. He makes the hearts of he infidels to burn (98) in dismay. Allah has promised to those who believe and do righteous deeds, (99) forgiveness and a great reward (100).
