The summary/theme of the surah  al-ghashiyah

This Surah is situated among the Meccan Surahs and its main themes are Resurrection, Monotheism, and Prophecy. It speaks of the distinct fates of the Righteous and Wrongdoers in the Hereafter, as well as stressing the tremendousness of God's creation of the sky, land, and mountains to act as reminders to mankind. It also imparts some responsibilities that were put on Prophet Muhammad (S). Across all these points, like other Meccan Surahs, this one helps to build a robust foundation for religion and faith.

Lessons learned from this surah  al-ghashiyah

1. Some faces on the Day of Judgement will be humbled; and tired after having worked so hard in the world, but their efforts in the world shall not benefit them. May Allah's save us all.

2. The food of the people of Jahannam will not be of any benefit to them, neither will it nourish them nor satiate their hunger.

3. In Jannah, no futility will be heard.

4. Look to the creation of Allah's around you, and let it lead you to recognizing your Creator.
