The summary/theme of the surah al-inshiqaq:

It mentions details of the Day of Judgment when, according to this chapter, everyone will receive reckoning over their deeds in this world.

Lessons learned from this surah al-inshiqaq:

1.On the Day of Judgement, the earth will throw up everything it contains and empty itself.  

2.We as humans should work hard in respect of our Rabb, and we shall meet whatever we sent forth, be it goodness or evil.  

3.Whoever is given their book of deeds in their right hands, shall face an easy reckoning and return to their people happy.  

4.Those who aren’t given their book of deeds in their right hands shall call out for death, but they shall not die.  

5.Allah's knows best what the hearts of the people conceal.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

 

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُونَۤ۩

Transliteration:( Wa izaa quri'a 'alaihimul Quraanu laa yasjudoon (make sajda) )
21. And when the Qur'an is recited to them they do not prostrate [16]. (He who recites or listens to this verb must perform Sajdah-e-Tilawat)

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُكَذِّبُونَ

Transliteration:( Balil lazeena kafaroo yukazziboon )
22. But on the other hand, the infidels deny [17] (it).

وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ

Transliteration:( Wallaahu a'lamu bimaa yoo'oon )
23. And Allah knows best what is hidden [18] (in their hearts).

فَبَشِّرۡهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

Transliteration:( Fabashshirhum bi'azaabin aleem )
24. So give them the news [19] of a painful punishment.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونِۭ

Transliteration:( Illal lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati lahum ajrun ghairu mamnoon )
25. But those who believe and do good deeds for them are a continuous reward( 20).
