    The Summary/Theme of Surah Al-Jathiyah:

    The Surah admonishes and warns those who reject the Divine truth. It speaks about human arrogance and that God will judge everyone, and the nations will kneel in front of God at that time. It answers the doubts of Mecca's disbelievers about Tauhid and the Hereafter in this Surah.

    Lessons Learned from Surah Al-Jathiyah:

    1. Allah has made most things on earth subservient to man.
    2. Whoever does good, does so for his/her own benefit; and whoever does bad, will suffer from it.
    3. If you become a slave to your desires, you will deviate despite knowing the truth, and become blind and deaf to it.
    4. On the Day of Qiyamah, each nation will be seen on their knees, before their book of deeds is given to them.

    5.And in the difference [5] of night and day, and the rain [6] Allah sends down, are the means of the provisions from the heavens, where He gives life to the dead earth, and in the change (7) of the winds, there are signs for the people of understanding (8).

    8.Who hears the signs of Allah being recited to them, yet persist [12] boastfully, denying them as if he had not heard them. So give them the news of a painful [13] punishment.

    10.Before them is Hell [16] and nothing will benefit [17] them neither what they have earned, nor those whom they have taken as supporters besides Allah. And for them is the great punishment.
