Transliteration:( Yaaa ayyuhar Rasoolu laa yahzunkal lazeena yusaa ri'oona fil kufri minal lazeena qaaloo aamannaa bi afwaahihim wa lam tu'min quloobuhum; wa minal lazeena haadoo sammaa'oona lilkazibi sammaa'oona liqawmin aakhareena lam ya'tooka yuharrifoonal kalima mim ba'di mawaadi'ihee yaqooloona in ooteetum haazaa fakhuzoohu wa il lam tu'tawhu fahzaroo; wa many-yuridil laahu fitnatahoo falan tamlika lahoo minal laahi shai'aa; ulaaa 'ikal lazeena lam yuridil laahu any-yutahhira quloobahum; lahum fid dunyaa khizyunw wa lahum fil Aakhirati'azaabun 'azeem )
41. Some of them say with their mouths: "We believe," but their hearts are not believers [129]. And some of the Jews listen to the falsehood with deep interest and listen very well to other people [130] who have not come to you. They change the words of Allah from their places and say: "If you are given this command, then accept it, but if you are not given it, then be on your guard" [131]. And whoever Allah wishes to misguide, you will never possess (the power to do) anything for him against Allah [132]. Those are the people whose hearts Allah does not intend to purify [133]. For them is a disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter, they will face severe punishment.

Transliteration:( Sammaa'oona lilkazibi akkaaloona lissuht; fa in jaaa'ooka fahkum bainahum aw a'rid anhum wa in tu'rid 'anhum falany-yadurrooka shai'anw wa in hakamta fahkum bainahum bilqist; innal laaha yuhibbul muqsiteen )
42. They are avid listeners of lies and devourers of things forbidden [134]. So if they come to you, judge between them or turn your face from them [135]. They shall not harm you at all. And if you judge between them, then judge with justice [136]. Indeed, Allah loves those who are just [137].

Transliteration:( Wa kaifa yuhakkimoonaka wa 'indahumut Tawraatu feehaa hukmul laahi summa yatawallawna mim ba'di zaalik; wa maaa ulaaa'ika bilmu'mineen )
43. And how will they make you a judge when they have the Tauraat with them, wherein there is Allah's judgement? Thereafter, they turn their faces from it, and they are not to believe [138].

Transliteration:( Innaaa anzalnat Tawraata feehaa hudanw wa noor; yahkumu bihan Nabiyyoonal lazeena aslamoo lillazeena haadoo war rabbaaniyyoona wal ahbaaru bimas tuhfizoo min Kitaabil laahi wa kaanoo 'alaihi shuhadaaa'; falaa takhshawun naasa wakhshawni wa laa tashtaroo bi aayaatee samanan qaleelaa; wa mal lam yahkum bimaaa anzalal laahu fa ulaaa'ika humul kaafiroon )
44. Indeed, We have sent down the Tauraat in which was guidance and light. According to it, the Yahud were instructed by Our obedient Prophets [139], and men of learning and jurists. It was desired from them to preserve [140] the Book of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So, do not fear people, but fear Me (Allah) and never accept a mean price [141] for Our Verses. And whoso does not judge by what Allah has sent down [142], then it is those who are the infidels.

Transliteration:( Wa katabnaa 'alaihim feehaaa annan nafsa binnafsi wal'aina bil'aini wal anfa bilanfi wal uzuna bil uzuni wassinna bissinni waljurooha qisaas; faman tasaddaqa bihee fahuwa kaffaaratul lah; wa mal lam yahkum bimaaa anzalal laahu fa ulaaa'ika humuz zalimoon )
45. And We (Allah) made obligatory upon them [143], in the Tauraat, a life for a life, and eye for an eye, and a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear and a tooth for a tooth. And in injuries, there is equitable retaliation [144]. Then whoso recompenses with a happy [145] heart, then that shall be expiation [146] for his sin. And whoso judges not according to what Allah has sent down [147], then they are persons unjust [148].

46. And We brought Isa, son of Mariam [149], to follow their footsteps, confirming what is in the Tauraat revealed before [150] him. And We gave him the Injeel wherein there is guidance and light, and confirms the Tauraat that had come before it. It is a guidance and an advice for the righteous.

Transliteration:( Walyahkum Ahlul Injeeli bimaaa anzalal laahu feeh; wa mal lam yahkum bimaaa anzalal laahu fa ulaaa'ika humul faasiqoon )
47. And let the people of the Injeel judge by what Allah has revealed [152] in it. And whoso judges not by what Allah sent down, then it is those who are the transgressors [153].

Transliteration:( Wa anzalnaa ilaikal Kitaaba bilhaqqi musaddiqallimaa baina yadaihi minal Kitaabi wa muhaiminan 'alaihi fahkum bainahum bimaa anzalal laahu wa laa tattabi' ahwaaa'ahum 'ammaa jaaa'aka minal haqq; likullin ja'alnaa minkum shir'atanw wa minhaajaa; wa law shaaa'al laahu laja'alakum ummatanw waahidatanw wa laakil liyabluwakum fee maa aataakum fastabiqul khairaat; ilal laahi marji'ukum jamee'an fayunab bi'ukum bimaa kuntum feehi takhtalifoon )
48. And (O Beloved Prophet) We have revealed to you the true Book confirming the Books preceding it, and as a guardian and witness [154] over them. So you judge between them according to what Allah has sent down [155], O listener! Follow not that desires to leave [156] the Truth that has come to you. We ordained a law [157] and a way for all of you. And if Allah had willed, He would have made you all a single people [158]. But, He desires to test you in what He has given you [159]. So desire to excel in good deeds. You are all to return to Allah. Then He shall tell you what you used to dispute.

Transliteration:( Wa anih kum bainahum bimaaa anzalal laahu wa laa tattabi' ahwaaa'ahum wahzarhum ai yaftinooka 'am ba'di maaa anzalal laahu ilaika fa in tawallaw fa'lam annamaa yureedul laahu ai yuseebahum biba'di zunoobihim; wa inna kaseeram minan naasi lafaasiqoon )
49. And (O Muslims) judge between them by what Allah has sent down [160], and do not follow their desires, and beware of them, lest they cause you to deviate from any of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away, then know that Allah intends to punish them for some of their sins. Indeed, many people are transgressors [161].

Transliteration:( Afahukmal jaahiliyyati yabghoon; wa man ahsanu minal laahi hukmal liqawminy yooqinoon )
50. Do they seek the judgement of Jahiliyyah (the Days of Ignorance) [163]? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who are certain (in faith)?
