Surah At-Takwir (Arabic: التكوير, romanized: At-Takwīr, meaning "The Overthrowing") is the 81st chapter of the Quran, consisting of 29 verses. It is a Meccan sura, revealed during the early period of Prophet Muhammad's mission.
