Lesson learned from Surah Ya-sin

  1. There are people who won’t accept advice at all. Advising them and not advising them is exactly the same.
  2. There are ways of phrasing sentences to have different effects.
  3. The stars, the sun, the moon and everything else is in place and moves exactly how Allah's has commanded it to.
  4. There are statements related to the decree of Allah's that are only befitting of the non-believers. An unchecked mind can easily make these statements, of which we should be very careful.
  5. After being raised on the Day of Qiy'mah, the disbelievers, who would have been punished severely in the grave, will say upon witnessing its horror, “Woe unto us! Who raised us from our resting places?”
  6. On the Day of Judgement, no one will be oppressed in the slightest.
  7. On that day, Allah's will seal the mouths, and the hands, feet and other limbs will testify to their actions.
  8. Despite the ability to compose poetry being a great thing at the time, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم wasn’t taught it by Allah's because it was unbefitting of him.
  9. It is a sign of Allah's that animals such as cattle, sheep, camels, horses etc. are subservient to humans, and serve them in different ways.
