66. Instead, you should worship Allah alone and be amongst those who are thankful (159.)

108. And do not insult those whom they invoke besides Allah, lest they insult Allah out of animosity without knowledge [234]. Thus, We have made the deeds of every community appear fair to them. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them of what they used to do.

72. Surely, those are infidels who say: "The Messiah, son of Maryam, is Allah" [214], while the Messiah had said: "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord [215], and your Lord." Indeed, whosoever associates someone with Allah [216], then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and his abode is Hell [217]. And there is no helper for the unjust [218].

31.They have taken their priests and monks as gods besides Allah [75], and also the Messiah, son of Maryam [76], while they were commanded to worship none but One God. None is worthy of worship except Him [77]. Exalted is He above what they associate with Him [78].

10. Their messengers said, “Is there any doubt about Allah [24], the Creator of the heavens and the earth [25]? He calls you to forgive you some of your sins [26] and to delay you for an appointed term. They said, ‘You are only human beings like us [27]. You want to turn us away from what our forefathers used to worship [28]. So bring us a clear proof [29].”

3. Indeed, your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens [6] and the earth in six days [7], then established Himself on the Throne, managing all affairs. There is no intercessor except after His permission [8]. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Do you not then remember? [9]

18. And they worship besides Allah that which can neither harm them nor do any good [53]. And they say: "These are our intercessors [54] with Allah."
