35. Does he promise you that when you will die and will become dust and bones? After this, you shall be brought forth again? [56].

31. If there had been a Qur'an by which mountains could be moved or the earth could be cut asunder or the dead could be spoken to, even then the disbelievers [85] would not have believed. But the entire affair is in the authority of Allah. Did not those who believe become disheartened that if Allah had willed, He would have guided [86] all the people? And calamities will continue to strike [87] the disbelievers for what they have done, or it will alight near their homes [88] until Allah's promise comes [89]. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise.

40. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them [113] or We cause you to die [114], then only the delivery of the message is upon you, and the reckoning is upon Us [115].

(44).

55. Allah has promised those among you who believed and performed good deeds [144] that He will surely grant them succession [145] in the land, as He granted it to those before them [146]. He will establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and will change their fear to security [147]. They worship Me and do not associate anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this, those are the defiantly disobedient [148].

34.And for every nation there is a promise of a (fixed) term [73]. Then when their term comes, they cannot delay it for a moment, nor can they advance it [74].

44. And the companions of Paradise will call to the companions of Hell [100]: "We have surely achieved what our Lord had promised us to be true. Have you also found what your Lord promised you to be true?" [101] They will say: "Yes." And an announcer will proclaim between them: "The curse of Allah be upon the unjust" [102].

137. And We made a people, who were already oppressed, inheritors of the eastern and western parts of the land [289] in which We placed Our blessings [290]. And the gracious promise of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel [291], in reward for their patience. And We destroyed whatever Pharaoh and his people produced and what they used to erect [292].

142.And We made Musa a promise of thirty nights and [303] completed adding ten more in them. So the promise of his Lord was completed with forty nights [304]. And Musa said to his brother Harun: "Be my vicegerent among my people and [305] do right and follow not the way of mischief-makers" [306].
