29. And say, "The truth is from your Lord. So whoever wills, let him believe; and whoever wills, let him disbelieve." [69] Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a Fire whose walls will surround them. [70] And if they cry for relief, they will be given water like molten metal, scalding their faces. What a terrible drink it is, and what an evil resting place! [71]

36. And I do not think that the Hour will ever come [87], and even if I am returned [88] to my Lord, I will surely find better than this as a place of return [89].

40. Then perhaps my Lord will give me something better [94] than your garden and send down a thunderbolt [95] from the sky upon it, so that it becomes a bare, slippery land [96].

46. The wealth and sons are an adornment [107] of the life of this world, and the lasting good deeds [108] are better with your Lord in reward and best in hope.

48. And they will be presented before your Lord in rows. You have come to Us as We created you the first time [112]. But you thought We would never set a time for the promise.

49. And the book will be set down [113]. You will see the wrongdoers fearful of what is in it, and they will say, "Woe to us! What is with this book that leaves nothing small or large but has recorded it all [114]?!" And they will find everything they did present [115]. Your Lord does not do injustice to anyone [116].

50. And remember when We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they all prostrated except Iblis. He was of the jinn [118] and defied the command of his Lord. Will you then take him and his offspring [120] as allies apart from Me, while they are your enemies? What an evil substitute for the wrongdoers [121].

55. And nothing prevented the people from believing when the guidance came to them, and from seeking forgiveness [130] from their Lord, except that the tradition of the ancients should come upon them, or that the punishment should come upon them face to face [131].

57. And who is more unjust than the one who, when reminded of his Lord’s signs, turns away and forgets what his hands have sent forward [135]? We have placed coverings [136] over their hearts, so they do not understand the Quran, and in their ears is deafness [137]. And if you call them to guidance, they will never be guided [138].

58. And your Lord is the Forgiver, full of mercy. If He were to seize them for what they did, He would have hastened the torment [139] for them. But for them, there is an appointed time [140], against which they will find no refuge.

81. Then He intended [183] that their Lord might give them one better than him in purity and nearer in affection [184].

82. And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan lads in the city, and beneath it was their treasure, and their father was a righteous man. So your Lord desired [187] that they should reach their maturity [188] and extract their treasure as a mercy [189] from your Lord. And I did not do it by my own command [190]. This is the interpretation of that which you could not bear patiently [191].

87. He said, "As for him who wrongs, we shall surely punish him [199], then he will be returned to his Lord, and He will punish him with a severe punishment [200]."

95. He said, "What my Lord has given me is better [212]. Help me with your strength [213], so I can build a strong barrier between you and them [214]."

98. He said, "This is a mercy from my Lord. When the promise of my Lord comes, He will make it crumble [218]. And the promise of my Lord is always true [219]."

105. These are the people who disbelieved in the signs [229] of their Lord and in His meeting. Therefore, all their deeds are in vain [230], and We shall not establish any weight for them on the Day of Judgment [231].

109. Say, "If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would surely be exhausted before the words of my Lord come to an end [235], even if We brought the like of it to help [236]."

110. Say, "I am only a human being like you [237], to whom is revealed that your God is one God [238]. So whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do righteous work [239] and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord [240]."
